Very disappointing experience. Payment was required before my prescription was prepared. After paying, I received a text saying it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find it. I was then told it had been shipped via UPS without my request, even though I live only 10 minutes away. To make matters worse, during all of this confusion, a staff member asked if I had even paid — despite the fact that they will not prepare prescriptions unless payment is made. I was also told there was no shipping charge, but when my refund was issued, it included a $21 shipping fee. After I canceled, the prescription was suddenly “found,” despite being claimed as shipped earlier. Lack of professionalism, poor organization, and untrustworthy practices. I will not be returning.

Delivery person came rang bell during allotted time frame, was courteous, reminded me to freeze.

Voshells makes receiving my meds so convenient. The process of ordering and setting up delivery is seamless. Driver, William is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent service over the phone a very nice gentleman delivered my meds.

The delivery driver always comes early, not in the window that is sent in my text confirmation. I called today about it and was on hold for 20 minutes and by then he had already made the delivery.
