Vons Pharmacy

Been using Vons Pharmacy for years and never really had a bad experience until this morning. They advertised that they are open at 8am so I arrived at 8:10 am. Two employees were there and they totally ignored me. When one finally approached me, they both said that they needed at least an hour to get it ready and that I should not come till 11 am to pick up prescriptions because the mornings are so busy. No other customers were there. I felt like I was being punished for showing up early. Even though they were open for business.

No customer service at all.website says today pharmacy lunch is from 12 to 1 pm so I get ther bfore 1pm thinking they gonna open the pharmacy employee just looks at me and closes the closure to pharmacy .he doesn't say hi how r u r u here to pik up nothing .so wen he walking out pharmacy consult door area i asked is he coming bak soon .he says no im not my lunch from 1 to 2 .I asked y online says 12 to 1 and he says cause it's the weekend my lunch now .that's not wat says online and u didn't even acknowledgement me bfore 1 bfore u closed I was ther before 1 .i talked to store mgr or female that i was told was store mgr and she says nothing that helps .I'd still have to wait an hr after the employee ignored me bfore closing pharmacy .I left .all he needed to do was get my prescriptions tha

I love the staff. They are nice and take thier time with you.

As the reviewer that was just before me said. They have never received any other kind of service except for extraordinary service / outstanding service at SAV-ONS Pharmacy in Santee inside Vons! I agree 100%! They are all an excellent group of human beings, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile! Not typically a person who leaves reviews, but this place was horrible! We had just moved into the state and had our prescriptions transferred here. We used this pharmacy for a week and did not have a single good experience. They said they didn’t have my medication and it would be in the next day (Friday). It was not. They then said it would take the weekend and would be in by Monday. It was not. My wife was trying to get her birth control and they said she did not have a refill. We checked her pill bottle from the prior prescription and called the doctor, both showed she had 9 refills available. We had finally had enough and decided to switch to CVS. CVS tried calling 3 times and nobody answered or returned their calls. So now we are going on day 2 without our prescriptions and still tryi
