Truly the most awful experience. It seems as if they are simply in the business to get paid and are reluctant to provide valuable assistance. The guy I dealt with, Sean, didn’t even seem fully knowledgeable of the service I was asking for. If you’re a lady, I highly recommend having a male step in for you, or else there is a HIGH risk of you being taken advantage of. After weeks of trying to secure an opening through email and phone, I finally spoke to Sean about programming a new key for my 2006 Volvo. I purchased a key from a third party to save $ and explained to Sean that I only needed it be programmed. He still tried to charge me the full +$400 amount until a young Black man stepped in and explained the process, which significantly cut the price. I ended up asking them to also cut a
