This company really deserves 0 stars! Truly the absolute worst insurance ever. I was referred to a specialist but there aren’t any on this plan and then I have to jump through hoops to get permission to go out of network, which still hasn’t been approved. Second, I have been seeing a doctor that is on the plan but then come to find out they won’t cover surgery with him, so now I have to start all over.

A truly bad insurance plan. I have no idea what I’m going to do. I was supposed to get a mammogram because I have problems and I was being charged $1200 because the insurance doesn’t cover it. I have to leave this job. This is very bad. Nothing is covered and I had to travel 65miles to my old gynecologist because the gynecologists on their list no longer accepts their insurance. I paid $300 out of pocket for services and I do intend to file a claim and cancel this plan. This is theft.

This has got to me the worst insurance ever. Nothing is ever covered even if you go to an in network provider on their “list”!! Be prepared to pay everything out of pocket on top of what they take out per paycheck. Absolutely ridiculous
