I came in to get hearing aids and Ray was so amazing at helping me and making sure that i knew how to use them correctly. I have came back in a few times and he always there with a helping hand. Would highly recommend him and Sue his scheduler. They are both great and so friendly.

Ray was awesome to work with. Family members who have hearing aides told me that I wouldn't like them that my voice would sound tinny and people would sound tinny. I went to Ray at my husband's recommendation as he had a good experience with Ray for in ear monitor molds. So I went in yesterday and Ray took time to fit them to my ears and hearing. My tinnitus has been muted and Everyone including me sound normal. Even at work today where I am on the phones all day sound wonderful. I am extremely happy!!! I called my family members and told them about Ray.

I didn’t know I had an inherited hearing loss; I just thought my husband was a bit of a mumbler. Ray kindly explained my hearing loss in relatable terms. The fitting was comfortable and reassuring.
