Vivo Healthcare University

The Vito on University is a very good facility. The staff is caring and professional. The facility is clean and well kept. The food is even good. My loved one has received great care and attention at this facility.

The transformation of this facility is remarkable. When you come in, you are greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist, Geneaver. The administrator, Jayna is very engaged with the team. The Nurses, especially Sasha and Matt are very involved with their residents and really provide person centered care. Vivo University offers a feeling of comfort and caring from the time you come in and throughout your visit.

Where do I begin? This place does not know how to communicate with families. The social worker doesn’t return calls and her mailbox is almost always full. I spoke to her finally when the resident was moving out. No one there can return a call, if they even answer the phone. They do not always call when there is an incident such as a fall. Thinking about transferring out??? Expect many delays on their part not sending pertinent info when requested. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. They are responsible for people’s livelihood and well being and I really question their ability to provide that adequately. There are a few nurses who truly seem to care and the front desk lady is very sweet. Definitely would give negative stars if possible.

My grandmother has been with Vivo since June 2024. There have been different staff changes, some better than others, but for the past 4 months, the current staff have given her adequate care, maintain her room clean, and made her feel comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and empathetic. She knows us, always greets us with a smile and finds time to chat.

This place in very unprofessional, they don’t communicate with you about your loved one under Staff CNA‘s don’t care about the patient. They don’t get them out of bed. They don’t have activities for the resident to do. The whole place needs to be close down!!!! Very nasty unclean environment roaches all in residences drawers, crawling on wall’s and rooms. They can’t keep head staff such as Director of nursing North social workers the whole place just unprofessional they don’t know anything when it comes to your loved ones. They don’t check the loved ones. I visited my mom one weekends and no CNA came in the room to see if she need to be changed for four hours, then she came in and auger with me about my mom, because she haven’t came in to check her all day she stated she have other residen
