Vivo Health Pharmacy at LIJ

I wish I can give this place negative review! I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at VIVO Pharmacy. The service has consistently been slow and unorganized, and it feels like no one takes accountability for mistakes. I’ve had multiple issues with prescriptions not being ready when promised, even after receiving notifications saying they were. Staff communication is poor, and every visit feels more frustrating than the last. A pharmacy is supposed to be reliable, but VIVO has shown me the opposite. I expected much better professionalism, accuracy, and customer care. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Multiple staff on-site which helps reduce wait times during any busy periods. Parking may be difficult in the neighborhood, but if available, the security booth can validate parking for those only visiting the pharmacy.

the staff on the phone are helpful, but whoever does delivery for the meds is irresponsible. I leave specific notes to call a number upon arrival, and my deliveries are meant to be signed for. Yet, the courier knocked on the door and left my medication outside. It would have been sitting out there if someone hadn’t happened to be close enough to the front door to hear it.

Make sure the doctor doesn't send the prescription to this pharmacy, Have to go through a whole maze to find the pharmacy and on top of that they'll make you wait for hours.

Friendly staff and free deliveries. The only thing that’s missing is automatic refills would definitely recommend.
