Queens Modern Dental Suite

I had a phenomenal experience here at Queens Modern Dental. Warm welcome from all of the staff. Left feeling super confident about my smile. I look forward to my routine cleanings.

Dr. Lassege is amazing. I've been going to the dentist for years and I never had anyone be as thorough and explain everything to me. She was very nice and from the time I walked in, I felt welcomed. She gained a new patient for life.

My initial impression was excellent. I chose this office because I had a day off and they had an opening. My daughter was complaining about her cavity. So I figured I could kill two birds and get it done. We had a nice reception at the front desk. There are a variety of hot teas to make and Netflix to watch while you wait. My daughter had a cavity and we also wanted to inquire about braces. My daughter went to the back (without me) I figured she's getting x rays and I don't want to be in the way. Later on I hear the dentist talking to her. I think her name was Cersi. I believe she started a cleaning and probed around because after that I was called in to discuss a treatment plan and go over the costs to fill cavities and for braces. Today at my dentist’s office, I had my teeth professionally cleaned, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and healthy. They also did some scanning, which helps them get a detailed look at my teeth and gums for better treatment planning. The visit felt productive and reassuring, knowing everything is being carefully checked and maintained.

I would gave this zero if I could. I went year and half ago still paying price for bad services they done. Sisterhood dentist gave dirty protective glasses. Than while doing cap over wisdom tooth the cap right out soon I went down stairs. Not only they ignore calls once they told what happen and i ask if she not available i can see gentlemen, dentist instead.. The Sisterhood lady started getting real nasty cause she knew she mess up & dude was acting unborther. Not only cap they made didnt fit tooth , she was shaving so much off widom tooth to try make it fit.. i can't get another cap cause too much shave tooth per new dentist gentle dental. You want the worst this office for it.. I had put of cap on here awhile ago too..
