Vivo Health Pharmacy at Home (Mail Order)

This is now the second time that I have recorded Vivo health Rego Park telling me that they have my debit card number written down on a piece of paper. Last month I was told that it’s written down and locked in a safe. My card was over charged and then refunded. Today, once again they called for my card number after telling me that they are “moving to a recorded line”. They wrote my number down wrong and had to call me back because they mistook a 1 for a 7. Why is my debit card information not going directly into the system and not laying around for anyone to access.

Love Vivo Pharmacy. They always deliver my meds on time and if I need something sooner they work with me to get it to me on time. Very much appreciate all the hard working people at this pharmacy.

The best mailing pharmacy, delivery service on time. Customer service is consistently excellent.

This service sucks. My pharmacy is down the block from my house but I'm forced to use this service cause I'm an employer for northwell. The most stupidest system I've dealt with it.
