The owner/pharmacist is amazing! She is always willing to work with me and figure out solution's. She goes the extra mile when most pharmacists wouldn't. She truly cares for her clients and it is so refreshing as I've had terrible past pharmacy experiences at chain/corporate owned pharmacies. I actually make the 30min one way drive because I am SO happy with Vivmeds. Her main pharmacy tech is literally the sweetest and always seems to be in a good mood. She's very caring and patient as well. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Love my pharmacy!! Nicest and most helpful people ever! And have given me the BEST prices ever on my drugs!! Customer service is over the top with these sweet owners! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They braved through the winter storm and delivered my drugs to my doorstep at my home in Ponder in order to make sure I had my blood pressure medication. That meant the world to me!! Vivmeds Pharmacy is a great pharmacy with passionate staff. They spend time getting to know their customers and find solutions to difficult problems. They will even do all of the work for you to have your prescriptions transferred. An added bonus, they deliver within a certain radius. The Pharmacist, Maria and assistants are great. They always have time to chat. They know my name. Prices are good. They deliver. I just love the hometown feel and attention!!! Caroline
