One day we saw a car plow right down the hill with a police officer hanging on the side of the door punching the driver. Man, it was just like a movie.

After speaking with Sinda the admissions lady here one morning my mom was transferred by the next day. My moms previous placement was a nightmare. Viviant is a 100 times better, smiling and friendly staff that are truly happy to be here. No bad smells here, things are kept clean and fresh. Very compassionate people.

I moved my mother here from a nursing home in Florida. I looked into several places and after meeting with staff and taking a tour,decided to move her to Viviant. They needed $7,800 for her first month,which was paid in full the day she arrived. She went to a “ temporary “ room and I was told she would be placed in her permanent room after 10 days. That never happened. On day 20 of being there,they called and said she was going to the hospital. I met her there and her health had declined to the point there was nothing the hospital could do except make her comfortable. She passed away the following day. I was told by the facility that we were due a refund being that she was there such a short time and would have it by the end of the month. That was September 7th. It is now February. I get t

So very thankful to have met Sinda and Ginny! They have been a blessing to me during a difficult time. They have helped me walk this road with a family member and have guided me every step of the way. Extremely caring and compassionate people The staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting were awesome and care deeply about their patients and patients families. They’ve done an amazing thing for me under difficult circumstances. 💙

First of all Sinda is awesome! My mother in law was in there to get her strong enough to walk due to me having to quit work and care for her, I needed her to be able to walk to the bathroom and bedroom. She’s heavy and I can’t pull and lift her. I was told she was doing therapy twice a day and was walking, dressing herself, and was doing great! What a lie she can’t walk , dress herself, can’t get in or out of the bed. She was gaulded so bad between her legs from not bathing and sores all over her body. I have therapy coming to the house to try and help me learn to care for her and if that doesn’t work I’m going to have to put her in another rehab center to try and get her stronger. She is in worse shape than she was before she went in there.
