Aspen Dental - Bristol, TN

Aspen Dental Bristol, TN has been working with me for seven months with excellent results. Each and everyone in EVERY department was professional and kind. Their genuine concern makes each patient feel special from the moment you enter. They are an excellent dentist office; worth waiting if they happen to have an emergency which doesn’t happen often. I am happy with my smile because of their expertise. I was impressed with their oral surgeon’s skill and their techs. The hygienist, Debbie, is the main reason I kept returning; her knowledge, way of compassionate communicating and commitment was comforting! I thank each person I spoke to.

I really enjoyed my experience with Aspen Dental! As soon as I walked in everyone made me feel very welcomed, they got me back for the appointment in less than 15 minutes of me being there! Elizabeth was so sweet and comforting, making sure I was okay through the initial intake process. They were so reassuring and non-judgmental and got me scheduled in quick for my follow up appointments! I believe my dentist was Dr. A (or something similar to that and I apologize), and she as well was equally as amazing. She let me know what the process would be and helped relieve my mind of what damage I might’ve cause when slipping into a depressive episode a few years prior. I can’t wait to start my new journey with them!

I had a really great experience at this office. I came in with severe tooth pain and they took me seriously right away. The staff was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly — especially regarding my extraction and treatment options. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and comfortable. I truly appreciate how attentive and compassionate everyone was. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. Going to the dentist isn't one of my favorite activities, but the staff here makes you feel comfortable and less anxious with their caring attitudes. They are great about explaining the different treatment options and proper aftercare after any completed procedure. I'm usually in and out of my visits in no time, not having to wait for hours in the waiting room like you do in some places.

This was my second time visiting this location. Obviously the first time was a very good experience that’s why I chose to come back. I came in on New Year’s Eve with extreme dental pain looking to have tooth pulled. I was paying in cash. I arrived around 9:45 and got checked in. I was told that a gentleman had called previously for a walk in emergency… he showed up around 10:15. After I had already been there waiting. They took him back very quick. After waiting an hour (which was not a problem, I was fully aware I would be waiting) the front desk person called me to the front to tell me they couldn’t see me today because they close early… it was 11am at this time. She wanted to reschedule me. For the next week. I couldn’t make that work. The only reason I was off work that day was for a
