Dr. Vivan is truly one of a kind. I was on a tight schedule and about to leave town, and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Not many dentists would rearrange their time to make sure a patient is taken care of, but she did with kindness, professionalism, and zero hesitation. She fixed my teeth in a very short amount of time, with no pain, no discomfort, and no stress. The whole process was smooth. I honestly didn’t feel a thing. What stood out just as much was the team around her. The receptionist was welcoming. The assistant was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Botero’s office is so great! From the doctor herself to Jordan her dental assistant to Michelle at the front desk everyone is so kind and helpful!! Any questions I have are always answered. Dr. Botero-Nebel’s bedside manners are phenomenal - makes you feel comfortable and at ease every time! I had a lot of work done and she made sure to have a game plan for me for each visit. I was taken on time for each appointment and left with great timing. Scheduling appointments are so easy with Michelle she is so friendly and welcoming. The office is immaculately clean and nice! Would highly recommend Dr. Botero-Nebel and her office for anyone looking for a great dentist and team!

i moved out of state and as you get older you should go to dentist for a cleaning 2 times a year and i have a local dentist in Texas but ALWAYS go back to Dr. Viv when in town and any work that needs to be done as i trust her more than others i have seen in past for quality work.

Had a great first experience!!! I called for an emergency visit and Michelle was able to fit me in no problem.. Everyone was really nice, welcoming and informative.. Place was clean and well maintained.. I was seen on time, everything went smooth and flawless.. Looking forward to future visits.. Thank you!!!!!

Office is immaculate, staff is so kind and patient, and dentist is amazing with my kids! They actually love going for their visits!
