I should have come and checked this place’s reviews before going to my appointment. First of all, nobody gives you the heads up on the phone about the long wait time of 3 hours. All they said is that I’d have my eyes dilated and would need a ride. I have a newborn at home and it’s just me and my husband. So my husband took time off work to go with me and we took our baby with us. As soon as you walk in the clinic you see numerous signs stating the waiting will be long. Long story short, after waiting over 1 hrs after getting the eyes dilated and feeding my newborn twice in the waiting room, we were told by other patients the average waiting time total is always over 3 hrs. The ABSOLUTELY WORST service imaginable!!! Do not go here if you expect your appointment to be on time!! We drove for 3 hours to be seen here an got here an hour early only to be sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours!! The nurse said to my MOTHER well you got here an hour early… OK who cares crazy lady what’s the excuse for us to be sitting here for 3 dang hours?!? Worst service all the way around!! UPDATE: My poor mother had nothing to do with my review but was fired from this clinic because of my review I wish I could post a picture for you guys of the certified letter in the mail specifically kicking her from the clinic because of ‘’HER RIDES REVIEW’’ which is ME!!! …. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 What I said IS the TRUTH obviously you should do your job an you wouldn’t get reviews like this! Been here now over 2 hours. This is my second visit. People after me have come and went. No explanation as to why. I asked why. Shrugged shoulders was my response. 20 people waiting 20 have left since I sat down.

Husband has had problems with both of his eyes. They explain everything they have to do and make sure that we understand.

Dr. Lyons did not have much patience with me.
