I stumbled upon Dr Callahan in Sanford and decided to give her a try. It’s a golf cart ride away from my house and it’s convenient for sure. It took me a bit to realize that her program is for overall health and she addresses all aspects of your life including nutrition and exercise. I feel a huge improvement in a couple weeks!
