I feel incredibly lucky to have found Cynthia! I’ve had long-term issues that require regular chiropractic care and massage, and finding a truly skilled massage therapist is not easy. Cynthia is very talented, she can accurately locate my pain points and muscle knots every time. Her technique and methods are outstanding, I always leave feeling lighter, relieved, and refreshed. I highly recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for a professional and effective massage therapist.

I started going to Vitality for acupuncture and massage therapy following an MVA. Cassie has been amazing at explaining everything and adjusting the treatment to fit my needs. Skyler also has done an exceptional job varying my pressure needs based on my the symptoms. I look forward to continuing therapy.

Competent , professional and delivered exactly what I needed. Doctor Williams is personable, gentle and effective. He also has some of the best office staff around. I’ve had experience with other chiropractors, but I’ve never been as satisfied as I have been with Dr. Williams and his crew. Highly recommended.

The providers I've seen have helped me out with so much complex stuff. I have tons of chronic pain, and I'm so blown away by just how much they've helped it go from misery to livable and full of light. Their acupuncturist Cassie does amazing work, and they have multiple truly fantastic massage therapists (watch out; they're well-loved, so they can get booked out fast!) Saoirse is a personal favorite, and Luca is very experienced; either are great, especially if you're looking for treatment that aligns with TCM (traditional Chinese medicine.) I've heard great things about many of the others as well, but haven't gotten a chance to see them yet. If I can update this review later, I'll let y'all know how it goes.
