I had an excellent experience with Vital Care Family Practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was well-organized, and the check-in process was smooth. My new primary care provider, Naya Nicholson and her two assistants Neeko and Martha were great in assisting her with my needs. My provider took the time to listen, addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the visit. It is refreshing to receive care from a practice that is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care provider who truly values their patients.

Vital Care has serviced medical needs for a family member for a good while. Some wonderful people have moved away and new people are there but have never had a bad experience. Everyone is professional and kind and ready to serve the patients needs. I get a phone call approximately once a month from Shanna Mace checking on my family member. Her kindness and help are so helpful. I am able to call her with any questions at any time. She is perfect at her job. It would be wonderful, if other medical offices had a Shanna, doing what she does.Thank you Shanna! On-site lab is great and staff are wonderful despite the number of patients in a constant flow. Primary Care and Sleep Management are caring and excellent at what they do! The facilities (Henrico and Chesterfield) are always clean.

I have tried multiple times to make this our new primary care office. However, making an appointment has proved to be the most difficult process. It’s honestly like they do not want any new patients at all. My relative made an appointment online , keep in mind nowhere does it ask for insurance information online , got a call today and instead of just asking for insurance oh we declined your appointment all together because you didn’t put your insurance info in , well we couldn’t! How about instead of flat out declining the appointment because all they are concerned about is money, you could at least keep the appointment, had they done that I would of happily called back when my info , however the fact that they just outright declined it left a bad taste in our mouth. We will not be trying

My nurse practitioner, Naya Nicholson, at the Chesterfield location was absolutely amazing! I am a new patient and she took her time with me and gave me great advice today.
