Bright Smiles Dental

My husband, children, and I have been patients at Bright Smiles for many years. Unfortunately, since our favorite dentist moved out of state, the overall experience at the practice has noticeably declined. During a recent visit, one of the hygienists repeatedly attempted to use a bite piece for X-rays that was clearly too large for my 7-year-old’s mouth. I told her twice that it was too big, but she continued trying until my child began gagging. I ultimately had to step in and ask her to stop. Only after speaking with another hygienist did they choose a different X-ray option that worked without causing discomfort. That situation was upsetting and easily could have been avoided by simply listening to the parent and patient. Additionally, the billing process has been very frustrating. The

Bright Smiles is always an enjoyable experience (yes, even being a dentist office!). The environment is great and they are always willing to squeeze me in if I have any major needs or pain. They are also transparent in costs of everything. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and honest dental care.

First, I almost NEVER do reviews. But, today’s visit was exceptional. Mostly I was impresses how polite the staff were. Even to each other. The attending that helped Dr. Gardner was the most polite person that I’ve noticed for some time. She was respectful to all of the others. More than merely ‘professional courtesy’. Very outstanding experience for the customer coming into your workspace. Her example of respect for everyone made me feel respected too. Thanks for a great example of great folks! During recent visits (after the expansion of the practice) had seemed to be an influx of employees that really weren’t happy at Bright Smiles. This visit looks like that has been completely repaired. Thank you for a pleasant visit to the dentist!

Bright Smiles dental earns a five star plus in my book! I’m a transplant from Long Island, New York, And I am so grateful to have found this practice. In addition to doing a phenomenal job with my teeth, They are just so nice, friendly, accommodating, and really make you feel at home. Dr. Davis Gardner creates an atmosphere of a big happy family with his employees. He Is extremely competent in his discipline as well. It’s a recipe for success. Definitely try them out!!!! PS- Oh, I love the TVs so I can keep my mind off of what they’re doing!!

I had an appointment today to have my teeth cleaned. It had been several years since I had them cleaned and I was nervous. Bonnie cleaned my teeth and said they looked good for not being seen for 2 years. Dr. Gardner came in and said they looked great! The staff is so nice and very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice! They are truly a great practice!
