Robin is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about hearing aids. I had hearing aides from another company that were never adjusted properly for my hearing loss.  Robin worked with me to adjust my new Oticon Hearing Aids to my hearing loss.  She took the time to teach me how to use the hearing aides to their fullest and explained the phone app as well.  I am now confident I can hear when I'm in a large group, noisy restaurants, meetings or watching television.  I no longer feel left out when I'm in a social setting or at a business event.
