I highly recommend Lynn as a natural healer. Each acupuncture session was so relaxing and really helped to reset my nervous system. She is so knowledgeable, warm and caring. I saw her for fertility and pregnancy support which was such a powerfully healing experience. Her husband, Marcelo is a gifted massage therapist as well. Imo, a GOOD massage is hard to find!

I see a common theme along the yelp reviews, and it’s true marcello is uniquely gifted at massages. I went to learn from Accupuncture . I went through a very Trumatic experience, and I tried to relay this to her as much as possible. There was some confusion with my paperwork and I don’t believe Lynn was fully prepared for my first acupuncture appointment. I was not into much pain when I went in but the next day after I started feeling it start to come back. The next day was worse and the next day I was paralyzed with pain, and my headaches, and all my pain have returned after weeks of being off my muscle relaxers. Lynn was quite rude and defensive. I kindly asked for my $170 back and she refunded me that however she canceled my future massage with Marcello even though he was super helpful

Lynn at Vital Health is wonderful! Me and my son have had great experiences with her - she's extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture, cupping and Chinese herbs, as well as gentle and great at what she does. The office is calming and relaxing, and extremely convenient located right in downtown Napa. I enthusiastically recommend Vital Health Acupuncture!

Best sports medicine oriented massage as well as highly skilled acupuncture. I go every 3 weeks without fail - HIGHLY recommend.
