Vital Care Pharmacy

Even though Vital Care pharmacy services a lot of people, my prescriptions are always ready for pickup on my day. The pharmacists are very hard working and busy but still find time to answer any questions. I have no complaints and I'm very happy to dealing with real professionals.💯😃

I have been trying to pick up a prescription since last Saturday 4/18/20. No one has answered the phone in days. I went again on Monday 4/20/20, still closed with a written note "Pharmacy not open today". No other information was provided. Maybe something happened, but they should have an automated message that informs their clients of closures and what steps to take in the mean time. It's just really frustrating.

This pharmacy is Good and close to me the only thing I don't have is when you due and running low on your prescription I think they should call you to remind you bout your prescription like the other pharmacy

This pharmacy is a disaster waiting to happen. The pharmacist constantly misses refills and is very unapologetic about it when it is pointed out. It is also a concern that after collecting refills, a staff member called me back to the counter to check if she had mistakenly placed another customer's medication in my bag because she couldn't find it.

The service is great and friendly. They deliver so that's pretty convenient. They also have a good variety of OTC products. They take must insurances.
