Vital Care of North Augusta

I have been extremely impressed and pleased with my care from Vital Care Infusion Services. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very kind, considerate, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. My nurses, Courtney & Amanda, are phenomenal, and have an incredible bedside manner. I consider myself an easy person to get along with, as well as a good patient. I will say, that my experience working in the Operating Room for 30 years has made me a bit of a stickler about the people that take care of me! I know a great nurse when I have one, and mine have been nothing short of spectacular! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services.

This was my first infusion, and I had no idea that in-home services were an option. Courtney was extremely helpful in coordinating with my doctor and the insurance approval process. I got to be in the comfort of my own home, which makes everything better! I loved my nurse Sheila- she was professional, but also very personable!

After receiving infusions in a hospital environment for several years, I am now very happy to receive infusions in my own home. They are totally professional and bring everything necessary to the house. Nurse Courtney is wonderful!! I couldn't be happier with her service. She is totally knowledgeable, considerate, and gentle, and I sincerely appreciate an IV in one stick without pain. Thank you, Courtney! I wish I could give Courtney and this service 10 stars.

Courtney Knight is amazing with making you feel comfortable with the infusions. She explains everything so there are no surprises during the process. Highly recommend this place for any infusion service.
