This establishment is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure their clients are being well taken care of. Nurse Tracy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She was so kind and continued to do a superb job throughout my treatment plan. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vitalcare Melbourne. They come highly recommended. Thank you Vital Care for taking such good care of me.

I cannot say enough about Vitalcare Infusion services. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Tracy. Having been under constant medical care since 1983 I have seen a lot of bedside Manner and understanding that the care you receive is really the most critical thing I believe bedside manner by a medical professional, sets the tone for the procedures and visits to follow. With all that said, I have never had a nicer group of people than Tracy and the people she works with. Just genuinely very nice people that will set you at ease from the beginning to end. And they will work with you.They will come to your house if that’s what you need you can go to their office if that’s what you wanna do it’s really a fluid situation that they are more than willing to work with you on. **Subject:** Concern Regarding Misinformation and Lack of Follow-Up from Vital Infusion Dear “Vital Infusion Management Team”, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and misinformation I received from Vital Infusion regarding my mother’s antibiotic medication. Before my mother was discharged from the hospital, I contacted two specialty pharmacies for cost estimates. Option Specialty Pharmacy quoted **$1,439** for three weeks of medication, while Vital Infusion quoted **$1,507**, which I was told would include the medication, supplies, and nursing services. Based on that information, I chose to proceed with Vital Infusion. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the information I was given was **incorrect**. My first visit went well.😊Tracy answered all of my questions via phone&at the facility as well.🥰 I felt at ease&comfortable. Being there for an extended amount of time for an infusion went nicely. Mark and Tracy are a God sent. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, upbeat, excellent nurses. Always greet you with a smile, making a potentially not so good experience a GREAT one! I love seeing them come and hate seeing them leave. They are true assets to the agency and the healthcare system. I am lucky to have each of them in my life.
