Vital Care Infusion Services

I don’t know why I haven’t done this sooner, but GOD BLESS THIS PLACE. I’m so incredibly thankful for my nurse Natalie here. She has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed it. Anytime my insurance has been an issue, she’s been on top of keeping me informed or letting me know when I need to get involved, also with Shannon. She always treats me with the utmost care when having to stick me with my IV. The entire team has truly made the difficulty of my experience with this decease so much more tolerable. I’m so grateful that I found Vital Care after all of the frustration I’ve experienced with the hospital here. Without these wonderful people, I don’t know if I’d even be able to take my infusions.

Sitting in my reclining, massaging, and heating chair in my private room that feels like home, I can safely say this place is top notch. Right after I walked in, I was greeted by my nurse, Natalie, and she was more than nice and accommodating. She listens to any concerns and talks to you about everything that you need to know. I can definitely recommend VitalCare because they make you feel like royalty, and they make something I usually dread doing into an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Natalie, for the wonderful experience and the conversations that made me feel like more of a friend than a patient.

This is a Wonderful place! The staff were very sweet & very kind. I started my IV infusion on a Thursday for an MS flare and it was to be for 3 days, but they are open M-F, so I needed my 3rd treatment at home on Saturday. But no one was available to help me so the owner okayed them to open up on Saturday for me to get my 3rd infusion. I know of nowhere else that would have done that. My nurse Natalie was AMAZING!!!!! Never felt the IV go in, and she took very good care of me. They also have an onsite pharmacist so you are very well looked after! It’s a very nice place! You get your own room, and you get a wonderfully soft & gentle heated massage chair to stay in. TV & internet also. I will definitely use them again!! The infusion was fine and everything is going well so far. The Amarillo office made sure I got to the Lubbock location, a bit closer to home.
