Dr. Jae and the entire orthodontic team have been incredible with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Jae is knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped ease my daughter’s nerves. Angelia was absolutely amazing, so kind, and patient! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the office runs so efficiently. We’re so thankful we chose this practice and highly recommend Dr. Jae to any parent looking for an amazing orthodontist

We absolutely love this place!! Without a doubt. The entire staff, from the ones in the front to the people in the back are absolutely amazing!! Cacy Briseno is awesome!! She has gone above and beyond to help my girls out and help us choose the best option. She is so calm, helpful, and patient. We will continue to use them for our whole family. Also the massage chairs while you are waiting....chefs kiss.

I am currently a patient at Farnsworth and it has been an excellent experience overall. The staff are welcoming, understanding, and make you feel at ease. The care is high quality and very affordable. I’va had the pleasure of having Klarissa work on my braces for a couple of times and each time she was very friendly, professional, and always made sure I was comfortable. She made each visit a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing doctors, techs, and staff! My daughter feels so comfortable being there. She talks about them like they are friends of hers, and not someone doing a service, which I think is so sweet. If you’re worried about not being able to come up with all the funds up front, don’t be. I was so worried about that, but decided to go just to see what happened. They work with you, and with your insurance. They did all the insurance work, I didn’t have to worry about doing any of that either. Basically, it’s hands down the best place in San Angelo to go if you need work done! Give em a call, and tell em I sent ya…. LOL

I had a wonderful experience at Farnsworth! The office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease right away.
