Vistas Medical Center

I waited over an hour and half to be seen even though I had an appointment. People who walked in after me were seen first. I booked for a yearly physical, and they expected me to come back for another appointment to get the results, and pay another co-pay instead of just calling about the results. They just want to take your money and your insurance's money, they don't actually care about you personally. Would not recommend.

Staff is very unprofessional, the woman answered the phone saying just “Hello” , not welcoming at all. Then they sent over orders that were suppose to be for my mother but was for a totally DIFFERENT person (because her name , date of birth or nothing was verified by the staff AFTER her clearly stating her name & nature of the call) , how irresponsible & unpleasant! I thought that my mom switching primary care doctors would be a great thing but this has been awful so far. I am VERY disappointed in the professionalism of this staff! I only rated them at 1 because I have to rate but honestly I wouldn’t even give them that much credit.

Shut this place down. Medical professionals do not work in this building. Medical care at this place does not exist. Georgia Composite Medical Board will be notified about Nurse Practitioner Melika Abdulwhab and Dr. Ihenach.

The nurses and receptionist even Doctor is so nice there I have never been filled so appreciated and my concerns taken care of for my health thank you Vista Center for helping me and making me feel so much better you guys are the bomb
