I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Maya was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. I’ve had a lot of cleanings over the years, and this was easily one of the best. She made me feel completely comfortable the whole time and explained everything in a way that really put me at ease. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. Dr. Thomas was just as impressive — professional, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. This review is a few days late, but I wanted to share my experience from my dental appointment last Thursday, 12/18/25. This was my first visit to this practice, and my initial impression was very positive. The office was clean, well organized, and welcoming. I did not have to wait long before a technician took me back, and everything moved efficiently from there. Dr. Thomas was excellent—professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. The hygienist also did an amazing job with the cleaning and shared some very helpful tips. Overall, my first experience was great, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up visit in April.

This was my first visit as a new patient and the customer service was great from the entire staff. The office was very neat and clean. I loved the way my hygienist went over my X-rays and explained everything. In addition when Dr Thomas came in he was very professional and he also took the time to explain the work I needed to have done. This dental office has my whole heart and my smile! Lol! From start to finish they are always a joy and provide me with great customer service! Today my hygienist was Ms. Alicia! She was kind, very personable, and did a great job! Dr. Thomas was great as usual too! Ms. Dari helped me on the phone today and checked me out. I was greeted by Ms.Mallory and she checked me in! I have terrible dental anxiety, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and friendly. The hygienist Denita was extremely gentle, kind, patient, and incredibly meticulous — a true perfectionist who really takes pride in her work. Dr. Thomas completely restored my faith in dentists. He was so gentle and calm, and for the first time in my life, I didn’t even feel the shot. I’m not exaggerating — I genuinely didn’t feel it at all. That has NEVER happened to me before.
