Vista Vision Optical

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I work up the block. I usually buy 2 pair of glasses at a time for a very fair price. They made me the best glasses I’ve ever had. And I usually get my glasses from Pearl Vision or David’s Vision. Not any more! I’m very pleased with my service and the quality of my lenses. They don’t push unnecessary products on me and fit me in as a favor because my glasses were all scratched up. The bad reviews are very old.

Just left after having an exam for both contacts and eyeglasses, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff and doctor were fantastic—super positive, welcoming, and helpful. They have new management and a new doctor, so things have changed a lot for the better. I went here with my partner to get an eye exam and contacts. Everyone was very friendly at the front counter, and we didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor. The doctor was nice and explained everything to me clearly. It was my first time getting contacts, and they were so helpful and patient in teaching me how to put them on and take them off. My contacts were ready within a week, and pickup was quick and easy. I just put in a prescription with my own rimless frames. The job was done beautifully. My lenses were shaped the way I wanted. Everything with minor adjustments was done to perfection. This will be my go to place from now on.

Came into today and needed emergency contact lenses and Frank immediately came up to me and was extremely informative and helpful with my situation. I was able to get exactly what I needed quickly and without any extra hurdles. Highly recommend! Frank and the rest of the staff will make sure you are well taken care of. Will definitely be back
