really good doctors and staff. after a long time and many doctor visits i finally found a life changing solution for my migraines with dr Allen. one thing that is frustrating, getting a prescription refilled here can be difficult. requesting a refill online almost never gets done, and i can only manage get someone on the phone 1 out of 10 times it seems. i usually just leave a voicemail saying to please check my refill request online. i haven't had this issue with other providers, so that's the one thing i wish they would figure out. perhaps the workload is a lot and they need to hire more staff. this medication literally is my life saver, so i would like to be able to get it on time. other than that, great team!

Never been here, only heard horror stories from my coworker. Great doctors, however, the front staff and other administrative people are TERRIBLE. Terrible service for a place that's supposed to care about and treat your health. Coworker had an appointment scheduled for two months, and that was today. front office called and said they are canceling because insurance never prior authorized it. Come to find out, they sent the prior authorization on THURSDAY when the damn appointment was on MONDAY. They know it will take a couple weeks to approve, but they dropped the ball. Next thing, my coworker said to not cancel the appointment because she will figure out how to pay for it if they weren't going to eat the cost themselves for their mistake. 30 minutes before her appointment, she calls bill

Very long wait to get an appointment. Pre visit paperwork was brutal. I think I’ve done my taxes in less time. And then I had to recite my history to some assistant who clearly hadn’t read all the history that I had input previously. But once I was with the doctor it was a very productive visit. His knowledge is off the charts and I got some traction against my problem that four other physicians previously just shrugged their shoulders at. Doctor explained things in a way I could understand without all the jargon and showed great empathy.

i ask calling back there. See if some would answer there phone. Plus i have to wait for 24 hour know, no one answer there phone. I had a appt. With a doctor back in 10 Dec this month. I told here i need a refill on one of medication. Told i need it send to Smith. So i double check this last sat to see if was ever send. It wasn't never send at all. I need my medication assp. I am always short on this one all the time. I never had this problem before every until i start come to this office ever. I might find a another place to go. it would nice if some one would answer there phone.
