Recently had my periodic hearing test. Nicole was the audiologist. Christine assisted. Was very professional. Also gave a very thorough word recognition test. The office manager, Ginelle, was also professional and knowledgeable. The office was well laid out and equipped. Very satisfied with my experience.

My experience was wonderful. The testing was thorough and Dr. Thiede explained every step and the results completely and in language I could understand. I highly recommend this office to anyone experiencing hearing loss.

The Dr we visited was the kindest, most caring and concerned than we have ever been to. She was incredible and we will always go back to her. I can’t remember her name but we would travel far and wide to have her as our hearing Doc.
