Vista Health: Dr. Irfan M. Mirza

I want to give a shot out to Dr.Mirza, to his Medical Professional.. Thank you for taking such great care of me. They are a top notch people!!! I've been to his Laughlin,NV Office and the one in Fort Mohave,AZ was treated with Care ,Kindness and the Professionalism. I recommend your next visit with them. They will be a good place to start feeling better 😀 Thanks everyone 🙏

I haven't even seen the doctor yet. It's been a year in the making. Never get a call back, EVER. All of this over a referral that I have had for MONTHS. It has taken this long to actually get a person to make the appointment. Completely RUDE and LAZY receptionist. Elaine on the other hand got things done, as it should ALWAYS be... Remember doctor's everywhere.... YOU HAVE NO JOB WITHOUT PATIENTS. I would give 0 stars but am giving 2.5 stars due to Elaine's salvaging. She should be getting 5 stars.

The office staff NEVER check their messages or return calls. I tried getting in touch with them for over 2 weeks, leaving over 5 messages, not one call back. Then sometimes I’d get the message their mailbox is full and couldn’t leave a message. When I finally got in touch with a human-2 weeks later-I complained about them never returning calls and she was rude and asked why I didn’t stop in. I don’t need to stop in. It’s your job to answer the phone and return calls. If my dad didn’t like Dr Mirza I would have said more to her.

What a place to start a business. Rude, Rude receponists. Don't hold up to what they say they will do. Wouldnt even take calls from Dr in Flagstaff to get information for scheduled surgery. Now what doctors office would ignore calls because they don't want to be bothered finding results to keep scheduled surgery. Wouldn't recommend anyone to them or those nasty receptionsts. To say I better laugh or I'll slap someone in the face Is not something to say where customers can here.

Office staff has called me twice to appologize for not having time to verify ins. For mri... Instead of spending time calling patient... Call the ins co....just get it done...3 weeks waiting...i like my dr but this is now the 6th problem with office in past year..
