Smith's Pharmacy

Most of the technicians there are polite. There's a dark haired young lady whose name I don't know who is always particularly nice. The reason I give 2 stars is because there is a red headed lady who draws on her angry eyebrows.I'm assuming to match her personality. She's the one that is there more often than not and she has the worst customer service. When she talks to you she talks as if her being there is the worst inconvenience. I never have any questions when I pick my medicine up but if I did I wouldn't want To let her know. I'd rather run the risk of overdosing than force her to have to tell me anything. I continue to go there because the pricing on my particular medication is good and it's a pleasant experience the times I don't have to deal with her. Honestly personality adjustmen

This is the only pharmacy in Mohave County that I will use. They are very reliable. My most recent experiences, Renee has gone above and beyond for myself and my daughter. Thank you for everyone's hard work.

The rudest staff ever! I have been going to this Pharmacy for quite some time now and I have never had a pleasant experience. The pharmacy staff have ALWAYS been so rude, unprofessional, and they don’t even hide that they don’t like their job. If one of the employees eyes would roll a millimeter further, they would be to the back of her head. Every question I ask is followed with a scoff or an eye roll. VERY unpleasant experiences.

This staff has to be the rudest most unprofessional staff ever. These women act as if I'm asking to grocery shop for me when all I'm doing is picking up a prescription. If they hate their job as much as they seem to then they should not work there. The eye roll tops the cake if you ask a question. Please re train these staff members on customer service and professionalism. I actual dread having to pick up prescriptions from this smiths!

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! Rude employees. I tried to get the mans name, but he was too ashamed to give it to me. Lol. He just turned his back to me while I was trying to talk to him, and just walked away. I will NEVER use Smiths pharmacy again. Shame on you rude people. You shouldn't be working with the public. WALGREENS has very nice people.
