I’m so glad I did! Dr. Nagarani was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the cause of my sensitivity. She carefully examined my teeth, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment options. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was very comfortable. Dr. Lynda was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly and was patient and listened to what I had to say, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The front desk assistants were also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service — highly recommend!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in Charlotte, it’s always get a second opinion, especially when it comes to healthcare or specialized services. I went to Vista Family Dentistry and was told I needed six fillings, all out-of-pocket. Something felt off because I knew for a fact I had no more than two cavities. I did my research and found a dentist just a bit further away but far more credible. After a bit of back-and-forth getting my x-rays transferred, the new dentist confirmed exactly what I suspected: only two cavities. They were done in less than 45 minutes. Honestly, I would not recommend Vista Family Dentistry to anyone. If you’re new to the area like me, do yourself a favor and seek multiple opinions before trusting this place with your dental health. Not the experience I was expecting…….. I was referred to Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan by another dental professional for a root canal procedure for my daughter. Upon arriving to the appointment in Concord we were greeted nice and professionally by the office staff. We also had a great experience with the dental technician who did X-rays and prepared us to see Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan. Upon meeting Dr. Nagarani Nagarajan she was very nice and professional. She also explained the root canal procedure, estimated time to complete the procedure and answered my questions about the waivers and paperwork I signed.
