My promise date for glasses was 1/17/26 and today is 1/21 and its not there. Every time I call I get AI which keeps telling me it is shipped and will take 3-5 days. There is no courtesy call from store about this delay. Try to talk to someone and I have to hold for half an hour. Never going back to thing place.
