This was my first time coming to visionary optometry and my first new eye doctor in almost 30 years. Everyone there made me feel very welcome and treated me with kindness and respect. I felt like my exam was very thorough. The doctor explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I was very, very pleased with my first visit there today.

My first visit was a most pleasant experience. Every encounter from the staff at the front desk, initial screening and examination by Dr. Smith was a smooth transition from one step to the next. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable, took her time to, not just give me a thorough examination and clearly explain every facet of that examination, but took her time to get to know me as a person and not just a patient. I feel that I am in very caring and capable hands.

Dr. Smith and her staff are the best! They are all so friendly and Dr. Smith takes the time to get to know her patients. You don't get that kind of genuine relationship anymore. Also, state of the art equipment for testing and monitoring my eyes. Always a very nice visit.
