From the initial phone call to the warm greeting when I walked in, every part of my visit to Vision Veritas was excellent. Brandi took the time to explain everything before the testing began, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Noor was amazing—she took her time with me, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to create a plan for my eye care. After my exam, Jennifer helped me in the eyewear area, clearly explaining my insurance options and helping me pick out frames that fit my face perfectly. I’m so thankful for Dr. Noor, Brandi, Jennifer, and the entire Vision Veritas team for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service!

I have been seeing Dr. Anita Carleo for my eye care for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is always pleasant and helpful and every yearly exam introduces me to the latest state-of-the-art equipment! Anita always takes the time to explain the test results and the status of my eyes in terms I can understand! I also get my glasses from them and they are very helpful in picking out frame and lens choices without putting pressure on me. I really recommend them!

Such a beautiful office and had the best experience. Went in for a second opinion and the staff alone was far better then where I previously went. They were very friendly and explained everything that was being done perfectly for my kid’s and made them feel comfortable. When I called to make an appointment and discuss the insurance the finance lady was extremely helpful and informed me of all the benefits available and covered with our insurance. The staff overall were very caring and took they’re time, even made sure to answer all my questions. We didn’t feel rushed by any means which for someone who has been wearing contacts/glasses for year hasn’t always been the case. Will most definitely be coming back!
