Vision Square Eye Care

4 1/2 stars. The wait for an eye exam was 2 1/2 weeks. It's crazy being they have so many optometrists on staff, right?. Other than that, I was very happy with the service I received. I want to especially thank John, who handled my eyeglass purchase. He's a true professional. Their selection of frames for men is adequate. I recommend Vision Square Eye Care in Southport!

We had a wonderful experience here with my 8 year old daughter. We saw Dr. Haire for the first time and he was so good with her. He was thorough and gave us options to help her myopia from getting worse. We never felt rushed, he listened to all of her questions, and gave us a plan of action! Kayla was AMAZING during the contact fitting for her as well. She was encouraging, informative, and really just made what could have been a rough experience, a really great one! Friendly office staff too :)

On vacation and I had an eye emergency. Vision Square at South Point was amazing. I had the pleasure of going to the office twice, Dr Burr was amazing & Dr Haire went above and beyond. The whole atmosphere of the office was great. My only complaint is they are 8 hours away from my hometown. Thank you for taking care of me & if I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely schedule my exam with you! Also an added bonus they have emergency hours, I did not know this & had to go to the ER first. But know I know to search for emergency optometrist before going to the ER.

I have been coming here for years, and all of the doctors were fantastic. However, Dr. Zack has truly been a lifesaver for me. He worked incredibly hard to get me referrals, answers all of my questions, and he is vigilant about treating my multiple eye conditions and investigating any underlying or comorbid conditions. Vision loss and optical diseases can be debilitating, and it affects you mentally in addition to physically. Having a doctor who recognizes that and treats me with compassion has made my journey much easier to cope with. I'm so grateful for him and the amazing staff!

My family and I were vacationing in Southport when my glasses broke. I was four hours from home and did not have a spare pair with me. I reached out to Vision Square Eye Care And Amber told me to drop my glasses by and they could see what they would do to fix it. I brought them by and they fixed it within 30 minutes of me dropping it off and they have the best customer service that I’ve ever seen. I wish this was my eye care place!
