Had a great experience with a new implant and crown. Zoey worked hard to get me in, working around my schedule, and Michelle, what a great lady, charmed the crown makers to get my crown back in a very short period of time. She also provides the best customer service while always being professional. Tim is always engaging and great to work with! Dr. Williams is the best and I am always pleased with the outcomes. I recently had two teeth crowned The Southport dental folks not only did a great job but actually sent the crowns off to have them match the color of my other teeth. They are the best. I feel blessed to have Dr. Williams and his staff as my dental team. Tthank you..

I have been a patient of this practice for many years and although most of the staff has changed, it continues to be excellent. Dr. Williams and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and personable. The fact that I drive from Cary to Southport for dental services confirms my satisfaction with this practice.

Couldn't have been more happy with my first visit to Southport dental. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and they are doing the legwork to contact my old dentist to get my records. I really appreciated that their response to some of the things they saw was "We need to monitor this" instead of what I got from my old dentist as "we need to drill". I really felt like they were concerned with what was best for me instead of what will make them the most money.

I needed to have a crown replaced and called for an appointment. From the time I called until I left there today, I was so impressed with everyone on staff. Julie who I worked with to get my appointment set the tone for this practice with her professionalism and caring. She is the best. Tim who assisted Dr. Williams was the absolute best. He was attentive, informative, and caring. He made the three hours go by quickly. I have known Dr. Williams for almost nine years now. He continues to raise the bar for what you should expect from your dentist. I cannot speak highly enough about this state of the art dental practice.
