I recently visited Dr Nguyen, and I can't express how pleased I am with the outstanding service provided by both Dr Nguyen and the staff. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Dr Nguyen was not only highly professional but also took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. The level of expertise and care demonstrated throughout my visit was truly impressive. The office is well-maintained, and I felt comfortable during the entire examination. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen and his team for anyone seeking top-notch eye care. My experience was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for all my future eye care needs.

Finally, I went to an optometrist who helped out so much! Usually, after an exam and getting my new prescription, I would always experience vertigo and non-stop dizzy spell due to the new prescription! But this time, after telling Dr. Nguyen, about the situation and my concern, she made a plan with me about the prescription. However, with the new prescription she had prescribed to me, I didn't experience what I had for years prior! I will be coming back for sure and my entire family!

So I’m not big on reviews, but I just left this place and I’m just so happy! The Dr was GREAT! Professional and nice. Including the rest of the staff. The gentleman (I’m bad with names) who helped pick my frames was a godsend! I would still be standing there overwhelmed if it wasn’t for his help. The receptionist/assistant just transferred to this location and was absolutely the sweetest! So glad I went to them!

My daughter and I had our yearly exams. We were seen by a different doctor today. We were told before our appointment which was nice. We were seen by Dr. Nelson .Super sweet and very friendly. She did not make us feel rushed. Would not mind seeing her again. Shay helped my daughter and I select glasses and plan options. Super knowledgeable and always friendly. Dr. Thao Nyguen was amazing and extremely beyond professional courteous and super nice and very sweet! And, she did an awesome job with my eye exam and everything that pertains to it as well. And, the receptionist/Dr. Thao Nyguen’s assistant (the young lady with the beautiful reddish “mermaid” hair) was super kind extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable as well. Both, she and Dr. Thao Nyguen gave 100% outstanding excellent service frm beginning to end. Everyone minus the young lady with the blond hair named “Ashley”. Very rude not polite and not very accommodating nor does she seem to even want to be bothered whether or not she’s answering the phones and or answering questions to the potential eye patients walking in as well. JUST SAYING!! And, “Miss Ashely” could totally learn
