Dr was amazing! The staff was amazing too. They helped me choose the glasses that looked best on me between the 5 options I had. They were very patient with me and the dr went over everything b4 she did it.

The ladies at the front make the visit and wait worth coming to this location. I felt like I wanna say doctor Jennifer, was very diligent, knowledgeable and cared. This was my 1st visit and things happened here that haven't happened in the past. But I know technologies as well as procedures change. I will be back because I felt comfortable and entertained.

My husband ,and I absolutely love Dr.Jenkins! She is kind,patient, and very thorough. Also, her staff is the best!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for accommodating me as a walk-in and providing prompt service. A special thanks to the front desk staff and Dr. Sydney Jenkins for the excellent care during my eye check-up. One suggestion I would like to offer concerns the patient intake process. I noticed that Dr. Jenkins personally came to the lobby to call patients, despite having assistants available. In my opinion, it would be more appropriate for an assistant to guide patients to the doctor’s office, allowing the doctor to remain focused on clinical responsibilities. While I greatly admire Dr. Jenkins’ humility and professionalism, I believe this adjustment could further enhance efficiency and the overall patient experience. I haven't had my eyes checked in over 10 yrs, so I was just over due for this appointment. The front desk ladies were very clear in their communications and directions in getting me to the different parts of my appointment. Doc was very clear in her communications as well and kindly answered all of my questions. The price of my glasses seemed very reasonable. It was an all around great experience for me. 💪🙂🤘
