One of the best experiences at a dentist! My 16 year old daughter needs 4 fillings they started off with two has been easy and fast, and also great they have Saturday hours. Dr sim is so easy going and polite and the staff is always smiling and makes us feel so welcomed ! Thank you all for making my daughter feel at ease when shes not always the best with her shots for numbing !

Been going here for almost a year and I love Dr. Sims and his staff. They always find a way to make you feel comfortable and are very concern about your oral hygiene. Since being with them, I feel more confident about taking care of my teeth. With alittle more work, my smile will be more than what I ask for!!

As always, Dr. Sim and his team exceeded expectations during my last visit to their Merrillville office. The receptionist greeted me by name, wait time was only a few minutes, and both the dental assistant and the hygienist did their best to make me comfortable for the duration of the cleaning. I was given a folder with the most recent c rays of my teeth for my records. Every time someone touched me, they explained clearly the reason why and the procedure. They were friendly while being professional. Dr. Sim himself checked their work carefully and discussed with me the following procedures that I need and their timing.
