Had a great experience with everyone at this location. The front desk was so helpful about getting me an appointment quickly, the doctor was extremely professional, and Karen in the retail side was helpful, patient and knowledgeable with selecting glasses. They took my insurance and I got a very fair price on designer lenses. No complaints and I will definitely return.

Do not recommend!! Front staff treats you like your stupid and don’t know anything. Laughed at me when I told them I was having issues with my prescription. I understand it takes time getting used to not having glasses. But when I tell them I need them for driving and can’t drive safely with them, they should be more helpful and not rude. Staff working the frames was huffing and puffing when trying to decide on which frames I wanted. Very impatient people. They make you feel like you’re bothering them everytime you go in there. Will never return to this business. Found out from a different doctor that they prescribed me readers for driving glasses. Highly recommend going across the street to Stanton optical or graystone.

I’ve been a client of Vision First for several years now, seeing both Dr York and Dr Sigmon. Each and every visit is handled with excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism. The doctors are very detailed in their exams and personable in their presentation. Top notch service! I highly recommend Vision First!

Bad customer service, lady says because she was in a car wreck gives permission to speak to patients any kind of way. Also have been waiting a month on a call back from any of Yorks offices for an appointment and no call. We will be making changes, I have giving them number of chances ( Doctors) on getting my script right. Waited months to deal with that, after that was figured out and I can see again I understood things happen and stuck with them. However after this morning being handled and asked if I wanted the manager was unacceptable! Not to mention the way my child and I was handled getting our glasses last year. Because we were Walmart customers, 3rd times the charm. NEVER AGAIN!
