Absolutely awesome health day. Infrared sauna red light therapy, two cold plunge pools set to your preferred temperature ideally 52 to 55° , compression massage equipment w chair full body, whichever section you wanna do. Can do all these for 50 $ session. It was awesome and the health benefits are great . Owner is super great customer service n knowledgeable. Would definitely return . Best if you come with a partner when you reserve the room . Clean, new facility. Wish there was a curtain for the doorway . It’s nicely check on you to make sure you’re OK . Trainers w fitness equipment. Physical therapy approx. 165$ sessions

Dr. Jeff is exactly what I was looking for with physical therapy care. He is thorough, thoughtful, and patient. He is accessible, and willing to share knowledge that helps me coach other athletes.

Jeff is an very skilled, knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. He has an amazing facility that is top notch. He has everything you need here from personal training, cold plunge tubs, infrared sauna, and physical therapy. The facility is recently renovated and it stays very clean and orderly. I enjoy using the cold plunge and sauna. When you are finished with your session, showers and changing areas are available. The gym area rivals any gym in the surrounding area. If you have an injury, want to improve physically in a sport or weightlifting, or need improved recovery, I highly recommend Biokinetics Rehab.

Wonderful facility and Jeff is very knowledge!! I went to Biokinetics with needing help with practically my whole body- knee pain, low back pain, shoulder and neck tension, nerve pain including sciatica and hand numbness. I knew that my issues would not go away with one session and worked with Jeff a few months. I liked that he explains everything which helps me understand why I should be doing exercises. I have had great improvements in my body feeling better, moving better, and less pain. I recommend Jeff to many people and highly encourage everyone to try him out.

I had a great experience at Biokenetics. I came in about two months ago with a hamstring injury, and Jeff worked with me diligently to rehab my legs. I am very happy to be back running. I mostly appreciated the one to one support. Jeff has years of experience and knowledge when it comes to physical therapy.
