I have been a patient of Dr. Twamley for years. He is personable, informative and has always listened to my concerns. He takes his time with each patient and is never rushed.

Excellent customer service from the office staff. Easy and stress free process to get an appointment. Everyone was very professional and friendly when I arrived, filled out my paperwork and did the initial testing before seeing the optometrist. Dr. Twamley was also a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant. I am so happy to have found a great provider.

I will not return to this place again ... I'm covered through VSP and they decided not to honor my insurance policy. It states that lenses are covered every 12 months. They advised they will not honor that. They said I can use out of pocket funds instead.

Even though they are an in-network dispensary for Medicaid, vision expo refused to dispense glasses to my daughter because she got her eye exam at another Medicaid provider. The office manager and the optician said this is their office policy, and offered to redo the eye exam in order for me to be allowed to use my daughter's Medicaid coverage here. This is completely discriminatory, and fraudulent. My daughter's prescription was made yesterday, but they were offering to let me pay for another eye exam here in order to be allowed to use her insurance benefit at their optical dispensary. I have contacted Medicaid and let them know that this happened, and I am taking my business elsewhere. We have been patients at this office since 2011, but we will not be back.

Buyer beware!!! If you or your child has special instructions on your prescription for glasses DO NOT go to Vision Expo: Christian Twamley OD & Phan Paulina OD by the Home Depot in Arlington. This in the second time we have ordered glasses for my son through them & have had issues with them following his doctors instructions. The first time they corrected their mistake at no charge. This time even though I made it VERY clear that the bifocal needs to bisect his pupil & must go across the entire bottom part of the lenses. 3 weeks after placing the order they came in with teeny tiny bifocal areas that don’t bisect his pupil. They are now stating that in order to follow his doctors order we have to pay for different lenses & that it will be an additional $50. I am one extremely irritated m
