I was very happy with the entire visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The exam was thorough but comfortable. Dr. McCown did a great job explaining the changes in my vision and what he recommended for improved vision and eye health going forward. Highly recommend!
My experience with Vision Concepts was amazing 👏. Everyone was great. But special thanks to Dr. Joshua McCown he was very helpful in explaining my results and everything. And also special thanks to Rosa for everything she did and helping me order my glasses and go over my coverage ect. The whole experience was wonderful.
Dr. McCown is great and his staff are.absolutely great. Got me in for an emergency exam within an hour.....treated me and explained in full detail what was going on with my eye and prescribed medicine for the condition quickly. Had a wonderful experience here. I needed a same day exam and they had no issues getting me in. The Doctor was extremely understanding and listened with great detail. He also answered all my questions and then some. I highly recommend them 💯
