H-E-B Pharmacy

I like the pharmacy in general but they have such a ridiculously rude employee named Tara. She is rude for absolutely no reason. Acts put off when customers need help or have questions, slams the phone down, shuts the register aggressively, rolls her eyes and says “ugh” loudly after customers walk off. I have no clue how she is allowed to get away with acting like that?!?

This pharmacy hussles and the staff is nice, id recommend this location to anyone who needs regular prescriptions filled! I have been using them for about a year now and no complaints here!

This pharmacy was really good about having prescriptions done in the time quoted. They've apparently lost a lot of really good employees because now a 20-minute quote takes 3-5 hours. I am very disappointed with the service that we have received in the past several months.

I wish I could give a zero. February 15th, 2024 I picked up 2 prescriptions for use in a nebulizer. This should be filed under Medicare Part B. Their brochure states they will file under Part B. Even after an extensive conversation with the pharmacist, it was filed under regular pharmacy coverage and was denied. Go to Walgreens, their manager, Andrew, understands what he is doing.

I was picking up a prescription for my elderly parent. I was told to come back the next day because two were being ordered. The next day I showed up and they only had one ready. I inquired about the second prescription and they had to check on it. They filled a. Prescription unbeknownst to me that my parent was no longer taking. They refused to do anything about their error.
