Vision City of Arlington

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I had a highly disappointing and costly experience at Vision City in Arlington. I purchased a new set of lenses, and while an employee was swapping them out, their long acrylic nails actually scratched the brand-new lenses. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, they completely refused to take responsibility or replace the lenses that they damaged. I was told they would “get back to me,” which is clearly a tactic to avoid resolving the issue. Be extremely wary of their non-advertised return policy. They claim everything is "final sale" regardless of whether the staff damages your items or not. They initially mentioned store credit but then backtracked and refused that as well. Dr Martin is by far the best optometrist!!! He’s been our doc for 33 years. He truly listens and hears. We are so thankful for him through all seasons of our lives, young marrieds, with young children, school age kids, kids with auto immune issues, the grown kids and now our almost empty nesting stage. He is trustworthy and gets to the bottom of any issue no matter what it takes. Dr Martin at Vision City is the best!

Dr. Martin’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I felt confident in my prescription and appreciated his thoughtful recommendations. We had a fantastic first experience when my shy 7-year-old went in for an eye exam. My daughter loves learning about the human body, and the optometrist took the time to explain the eyes and their different parts in a fun, engaging way. She thought it was the greatest thing! He was funny, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable. We even walked in without an appointment and waited no more than 15 minutes. Overall, a wonderful experience—we highly recommend!
