Mrs. B was very helpful to me as I was looking for new glasses. She explained the price and what I needed to suit my face. Very pleasant Black woman and the rest of the staff were welcoming as I had my great granddaughter with me. I encourage all who wish to support our Black women start with Mrs. B when in need of eye care

I give this place two stars because yes they were very nice but I expressed the urgency of my order and yet it was not done on time. I had to pay over $200 for transition glasses remind u I brought my own glasses with me and had insurance and still had to pay like what does my insurance cover. I honestly think they be taking this money and scamming ppl. Does anyone else feel like this ? Look at the reviews I’m sure I am not the only one…..

Not even worthy of a star for real. I'm not sure how they're operating. The exam was fine everything after that questionable

Had to call and threaten to go to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to get an update on my glasses I’ve been waiting for going on a month now. Now it should be available in the next 5 days. Horrible customer service they need to be investigated immediately.

First the Dr and nurse r extremely nice they explain everything to you. Now the reason for the 2 stars is because I'm not suppose to pay for my glasses. They said that it's the script but my insurance said that everything is suppose to be covered. $120 co-pay on metro plus I don't think so
