This place is horrible at managing scheduled appointments. My original app was at 11:45 got out of there at 2pm . I had somewhere to be at 2pm and because of this clinic i had to modify my schedule. If you want to wait forever this is your place . Also i asked the front desk of how much longer she codnt really tell a time because she said the staff had went to lunch.

It’s been a very long time that I’ve had the best measurement for my vision. The staff was professional. They took their time and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

The student doctor who attended my daughter was amazing but the one star goes due to the amount of time I spent in this office waiting. My daughter’s appointment was at 11am and she was called in at 12:45pm. Mind you some of the elderly patients said they also had appointments for the same time. Once we were in they ran some test that lasted about an hour then they sat us in the lobby again to wait for the doctor to see her. Its is 2:17pm and we are still waiting here. I had another appointment which I had to reschedule. I have wasted an entire day here at this office while they have tons of staff running around doing who knows what. If you plan on making an appointment here plan to be here all day if you come in the morning time and all afternoon if you come in the afternoon. This has bee

The amount of time i had to wait to be seen was insane. I had an appointment for 11:30am, got there at 11 am and i had to wait in the lobby for 1:30hrs. Mind you there was a lot of people that came later than me and were seen before. At 12:40pm i saw an assistant who took a test then i waited more time, 15 min later another assistant came and did more tests and told me to again wait in the lobby for the doctor. It is currently 1:42pm and the doctor hasn’t seen me. There are more people in front of me waiting for apparently the same reason. If they want everyone to make an appointment to be seen they should respect that and attend to them at the exact time of their appointment, not 3hrs after. They need to keep in mind that we did appointments but is not the only thing we have to do in the

The staff is professional and the Doctor did amazing.i cleared my day specifically for this appointment, I was there for 2 hours and I have no regrets about the wait time. There were many other patients complaining about the wait but I would rather wait the two hours for 5 star service than to have a doctor who is in a rush, rush my procedure. They are doing the best that they can with he influx of patients that they have. I appreciate the service that I was provided with and will patronize again. In a very tense environment, they were peaceful and did not take the frustrations out on the clients.
