Visalia Medical Clinic Quick Care

Not feeling 100%, called Leslie Ceballos and she was very nice over the phone...had me come right in, appreciated that start. Did normal checkin, nurse took vitals and did tests. Waited about 35 min as promised and then brought in to see Juanita Castellano PA. I normally work with Tate Gordon, great guy. Juanita was wonderful, listened, showed empathy (I think she may have had the same symptoms as me), professional, gave me some options before prescribing medication. Definitely a 5-star experience. This quick care center operates with impressive efficiency, cleanliness, and attentiveness. Nadia, the receptionist, provided exceptional service—warm, courteous, and consistently professional. I highly recommend choosing this facility for your urgent care needs.

EDIT Oct 2025: I told our pediatrician about this incident, and she escalated it all the way to the clinic director, who assured me they would be making sure this didn't happen again. We haven't needed to go back to Quick Care, but I was surprised and glad to hear back about this. So I've updated my score to 3. Orig review below: I tried to take my 1yr old here today (8/30/25) for a runny nose and low fever he's had the last few days. When I said his fever spiked last night, they refused him care, and I was told "he'll need an X-ray anyway and we can't do those today, and I just heard all the urgent cares are full so you should just take him to the ER". PA doctor she is rude she walked in exam room and seemed upset the hole time and was very unprofessional to me. She didn’t even pro-formed an exam on me and said she would call in medicine just by looking at me.

I been going to this medical Center sense 1969 and have always received excellent care!
